Lori Brusoski, CRDH, BSDH
Lori Brusoski, CRDH, BSDH, brings exceptional leadership, academic distinction, and service-oriented care to the dental profession. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the Medical University of South Carolina and has built a career defined by excellence, education, and professional advocacy.
Lori is an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and served as President of the Northeast Florida Dental Hygienists’ Association from 2018 to 2020. She currently serves as a dental hygiene examiner with the Commission on Dental Competency Assessment (CDCA), reflecting her respected role at the national level in clinical standards and professional evaluation.
Her commitment to community health is equally strong. Lori works with the Suwannee River Area Health Education Center (SRAHEC), providing education and screenings for seniors and preventive fluoride care for Head Start children. In 2018, she was selected as one of only two dental hygienists nationwide to participate in Procter & Gamble’s Oral-B Test Drive Specialist pilot program—an honor that underscores her expertise and leadership within the profession.
Lori has also contributed extensively to dental education, previously serving as faculty at Sanford Brown College in Jacksonville, Pensacola State College, and Del Mar College in Texas. She is deeply passionate about educating patients and empowering them to achieve optimal oral health through knowledge, prevention, and individualized care.
Outside the office, Lori enjoys exercising, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, a retired Naval Aviator. She is also the proud mother of a daughter and son, both currently serving as Naval Officers—an experience that reflects her strong values of service, discipline, and leadership.
Pamela Jensen-Young, BS, CRDH
Pamela Jensen-Young, BS, CRDH, known to patients as “PJ”, has been a cornerstone of our practice for nearly 30 years. With extensive clinical experience and a strong academic foundation, she holds an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from FCCJ and a Bachelor of Science in Premed Biology from the University of North Florida. She is also certified in Mass Disaster Recovery and has a longstanding interest in forensic studies, reflecting her precision-driven, analytical approach to care.
PJ is known for her calm leadership, clinical excellence, and unwavering commitment to the highest standards of patient experience. She plays a key role in mentoring team members and upholding the level of care our patients expect from a premier dental practice.
Married for 30 years, PJ is the proud mother of two daughters. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, fishing, cooking, scuba diving, camping, and spending meaningful time with her family. Patients value her professionalism, warmth, and the quiet confidence that comes from decades of expertise.
Leila Kandrick, RDH
Leila Kandrick, RDH, is a registered dental hygienist with a lifelong connection to dentistry and a genuine passion for patient care. Born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, Leila grew up around dentistry. With her father practicing as a dentist, she developed an early interest in preventive care and patient wellness.
She brings a calm, attentive approach to every patient interaction, focusing on comfort, education, and building long-term trust. Leila is a proud mother to one daughter and a devoted grandmother to three grandchildren, experiences that influence her warm, family-centered style of care.
Patients value her gentle technique, attention to detail, and ability to explain dental health in a clear, reassuring way. Outside the office, Leila enjoys spending time with her family and believes that strong relationships, both personal and professional, are at the heart of exceptional care.
Leslie Simmons, EFDA
Leslie Simmons brings precision, dedication, and a strong commitment to excellence to her role in dentistry. Originally from Minnesota, she pursued advanced education with college coursework completed at Towson University in Maryland before continuing her clinical training in Florida.
Leslie completed her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification at FSCC with honors, reflecting her precision, discipline, and commitment to clinical excellence. She is known for her calm, capable presence and her ability to support both patients and the clinical team with confidence and professionalism.
She is a devoted mother of two and is married to a detective with the Clay County Sheriff's Office. Outside the office, Leslie values family time and brings the same sense of responsibility, integrity, and care to her professional life that defines her personal one.
Paula Davis
Paula Davis is a cornerstone of our front office team, bringing nearly 50 years of experience in dentistry and an exceptional understanding of both patient care and practice operations. Originally from Daytona Beach, Paula began her career as a dental assistant, giving her a deep, firsthand understanding of clinical workflows that continues to inform her work today.
Over the course of her career, Paula has completed advanced professional training through the Scheduling Institute, Walter Hailey programs, and Blatchford training, strengthening her expertise in practice management, patient communication, and efficiency. She is known for her personable, intelligent, and dynamic approach, creating an experience for patients that feels both welcoming and seamless from the first interaction.
Paula’s professionalism, insight, and ability to anticipate patient needs make her an invaluable part of the practice and a trusted point of contact for both patients and team members alike.
Rose Alford
Rose O’Meara is a dedicated dental assistant whose compassion and empathy define every patient interaction. She graduated from Sandalwood High School in Jacksonville, Florida, and went on to complete her dental assisting education at Concorde Career Institute.
Raised in a military family, Rose grew up moving throughout the United States while her father served the United States Army with distinction. That upbringing instilled in her a strong sense of adaptability, humility, and service—qualities that are evident in her approach to patient care today.
Rose is widely regarded as one of the most genuinely kind and empathetic members of the team. Patients consistently adore her calm presence, attentiveness, and ability to make even the most anxious visits feel comfortable and reassuring.
She is a proud mother of two and is married to a contractor based in Jacksonville. Outside the office, Rose values family, connection, and bringing care and thoughtfulness into everything she does.
