CJ Henley, DMD, PA is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to noon. We are closed on weekends.
New patients are welcome; the first visit lasts about two hours. If something breaks or swells, call first and we will fit you in the same day when we can.

How to get to our office from your neighborhood.
Our dental office sits on Hendricks Avenue (State Road 13) in San Marco, a few minutes south of Downtown Jacksonville. From the south, San Jose Boulevard becomes Hendricks Avenue; from I-95, most drivers exit at Emerson Street. Drive times below are without traffic.
San Marco, San Jose and St. Nicholas
On Hendricks Avenue, in the neighborhood
We are on Hendricks Avenue in San Marco. From San Jose, head north on San Jose Boulevard, which turns into Hendricks Avenue. From St. Nicholas, it is a short drive west.
Downtown and the Southbank
About 5 to 10 minutes
From Downtown, cross the river on the Main Street Bridge or the Acosta Bridge. From the Southbank, follow San Marco Boulevard or Hendricks Avenue south through San Marco to our office.
Riverside, Avondale and Ortega
About 6 to 17 minutes
Take the Fuller Warren Bridge (I-95) across the river, exit to San Marco Boulevard, then follow Hendricks Avenue. From Avondale and Ortega, Roosevelt Boulevard connects to I-95.
Mandarin
About 13 to 22 minutes
Drive north on San Jose Boulevard, which becomes Hendricks Avenue; our office is on the same road. From Bartram Park, I-95 north to Emerson Street also works.
Southside, Baymeadows and the Town Center
About 10 to 18 minutes
From Baymeadows, take I-95 north or Philips Highway to Emerson Street. From St. Johns Town Center, take Butler Boulevard west to I-95 north and exit at Emerson Street.
Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach
About 30 to 35 minutes
Take Butler Boulevard west to I-95 north and exit at Emerson Street, or take Beach Boulevard or Atlantic Boulevard west across town.
Ponte Vedra Beach and Nocatee
About 30 to 38 minutes
From Ponte Vedra, take A1A to Butler Boulevard, then I-95 north to Emerson Street. From Nocatee, take Nocatee Parkway to US 1 and I-95 north.
Orange Park and Fleming Island
About 27 to 38 minutes
Take Blanding Boulevard or US 17 to I-295 east, cross the Buckman Bridge, then follow San Jose Boulevard north until it becomes Hendricks Avenue.
St. Augustine and World Golf Village
About 38 to 55 minutes
Take I-95 north to the Emerson Street exit in Jacksonville. Patients make the drive for care such as veneers, implants and cancer-related dental care.
