New Patients at CJ Henley, DMD, PA

We’re glad you’re here. Our approach to dentistry is thoughtful, unrushed, and focused on long-term health. New patient visits are intentionally scheduled with extra time so we can listen, evaluate carefully, and plan appropriately.

New Patient Forms Download, complete, and bring paperwork to your appointment

You can complete your new patient paperwork in advance. Doing so allows us to spend your appointment time focused on care, not forms.

Prefer to complete forms in the office? Please arrive about 15 minutes early.

What to Expect at Your First Dental Visit Comprehensive evaluation with personal attention

New patient appointments are typically scheduled for approximately two hours. This extended time allows us to provide personal attention without rushing decisions.

  • Review of your dental and medical history
  • Digital X-rays as needed
  • Comprehensive oral health evaluation
  • Discussion of concerns, goals, and questions

You will meet directly with Dr. Henley, who will review findings with you and explain recommendations clearly and without pressure.

Professional Cleaning & Preventive Care Thorough hygiene care tailored to your needs

One of our experienced hygienists will provide a professional cleaning based on your comfort and oral health needs.

Following your cleaning, Dr. Henley will review your X-rays and exam findings with you and discuss any recommended next steps.
